The new 2025 rankings were featured in a specially-produced TV programme on Thursday 10th July, filmed on-location at BAE Systems' Academy for Skills & Knowledge in Samlesbury, Lancashire.

Full coverage of the rankings is appearing in The Sunday Times during the weekend of 11th-13th July, showcasing the UK's top apprenticeship employers to the widest-possible audience of employers, school & college leavers, careers advisers and parents.

The prestigious annual rankings are entirely data-driven and the entry process has been designed to be simple and straightforward for apprenticeship employers to complete.

Each employer that entered in 2025 will receive feedback on their entry, benchmarking their apprenticeship programmes with other entrants, and a ranking within their own industry or employment.

The annual rankings are researched and compiled by High Fliers Research, who independently assess and rank the country's top apprenticeship employers on behalf of The Sunday Times.
